Frank is a maritime and terminal operations executive with more than two decades of experience across deep-sea shipping, liquid bulk terminal management and greenfield infrastructure development. Starting as senior crew on oceangoing tankers, he progressed into operational leadership roles at Odfjell and HES, contributing to the delivery of one of the Middle East’s most advanced chemical terminals. He combines operational excellence, safety leadership and infrastructure execution with the ability to bridge technical and commercial priorities.
